The property is enclosed and includes a large sun terrace and a communal pool, which is exclusively shared by the three apartments in the building. The pool is open from May 1, 2025. Parking is available.

Rental options: In addition to booking the individual apartment, the entire house can also be rented. Under reference number PA 920, you can book the whole house, with the pool then reserved privately for your group.
