Access to the large terrace with the pool. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom and access to a nice terrace with fantastic panoramic sea views. Closed plot with a barbecue, a large terrace to take the sun, a private swimming pool and parking.
