The villa is divided into two separate apartments. The upper apartment features a bright living and dining area with fireplace and TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, three double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. From the living and dining area, you can access a large covered terrace with fantastic panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the spacious pool terrace.

The lower apartment offers a living and dining area with TV and a modern, well-equipped small kitchen. It has two double bedrooms and one bathroom, with access to a terrace overlooking the sea and to the pool terrace. The fully enclosed property includes a chill-out area, a built-in barbecue, and several terraces with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The highlight of the villa is the extensive pool terrace with breathtaking panoramic views and the large private swimming pool. Private parking is available on the property.
