The house features a light-flooded living and dining room with television and an open, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, three double bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and an additional guest WC. (The third double bedroom has a separate entrance and is accessible through the garage. It is equipped with a bunk bed.) From the living and dining area, you have direct access to the beautiful covered terrace and the pool terrace. The completely walled property includes an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue, a spacious sun terrace with an outdoor shower, and the large private swimming pool. Parking is available both on the property and directly in front of the house.
