The holiday villa has 2 apartments with separate entrances. Upstairs you find a living/dining room with a chimney and satellite TV, a kitchen with dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet and a beautiful glazed terrace with fantastic panoramic sea views. Downstairs there is a living/dining room with satellite TV, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and access to a beautiful covered terrace. Fully self-contained BBQ house with a barbeque and a washing machine. Several terraces with fantastic panoramic views of the Peñón de Ifach and the sea. Closed plot with a large terrace to take the sun and a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower. Parking for 2 cars. (air conditioning on the upper floor and in the lower living/dining room)
