The villa is spread over two floors. On the lower level, there is a bright living and dining room with a fireplace and TV. The adjoining modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine. This floor also offers two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a modern bathroom. From here, you have access to a beautiful terrace with panoramic views over Blanes. The upper floor of the villa features another living room with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a modern bathroom. The enclosed outdoor area of the property offers plenty of privacy. It includes an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue, a spacious sun terrace with a large private swimming pool, and spectacular views of the mountains and the “Castillo de San Juan”. Parking is available on the property.
