Payment Information
- Deposit: 40% of the rental price when booking
- Balance: 60% payable on arrival, by cash or credit card
- If you prefer, the balance can also be paid in advance via bank transfer – we’ll provide the details on request.
Arrival & Departure
- Check-in: 16:30 – 20:00 (other times possible by arrangement)
- Check-out: by 10:00 (other times possible by arrangement)
- During low season, arrival and departure times are more flexible
- Arrivals outside office hours can be arranged in advance
- Check-in and check-out days are bolded in the booking calendar
Occupancy
- Extra guests must be registered in advance
- Children from 4 years are counted as full guests
Youth Groups (Owner Approval Required)
- Holiday home booking: additional security deposit €200 per person
- Apartment booking: additional security deposit €75 per person
- Deposits are refunded one week after departure, provided the property is returned in good condition
- Parties and loud noise after 22:00 are not allowed; violations may result in immediate departure without refund
Additional Services
- All services (e.g., extra guests, Wi-Fi, pets) are payable on arrival
- Internet/Wi-Fi: please order the device at least 6 weeks before arrival
- Pets: please provide type, size, and breed when booking
- Bedding & towels: pre-order recommended in high season; usually sufficient in low season
Security Deposit
- Payable at check-in, by cash or credit card
- Refunded after the property is returned in good condition
Tourist Tax
- Not included in the rental price, maximum 7 nights
- Payable from 17 years; children and teens up to 16 are exempt
