Pretty townhouse in l'Estartit on the Costa Brava in Spain, just 750 meters from the beach. The holiday home is located in a well-maintained residential complex and offers its guests a spacious lawn and a large swimming pool.

The house extends over two floors and features a light-filled living and dining room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, two double bedrooms, a guest WC, and a modern bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a balcony overlooking the holiday complex. From the living and dining area, a door leads directly to a covered terrace, which provides access to a small front garden and the communal swimming pool area. A private parking space is also available.
