Payment process for a reservation:
First payment: 40%
Final payment: 60 days prior to departure.
The rental price includes a weekly change of bed linen and towels!
Arrival and departure:
Arrival: Saturday from 04:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m (unless otherwise agreed)
Departure: Saturday before 10:00 a.m (unless otherwise agreed)
Arrivals outside the opening times of the offices is available by prior arrangement.
Additional occupancy:
Generally, increased occupancy of the accommodation with more people is possible, but a prior notification must be made in every case.
Children from the age of 4 are considered as full persons.
Minimum rental period:
During the high season, all rentals are made on a weekly basis or multiples thereof. Should you wish to stay for example for 10 days, you are still required to pay for 2 weeks.
Service:
The offered services, such as Additional occupancy, pets etc. (if not included in the rental price) can be ordered directly from us.

please pre-order internet wifi (the receiving device) 3 weeks before departure. The reception quality can vary, depending on the rental property.
for a pet, please tell us which pet (cat / dog or size / breed, if possible).
Security:
A security deposit is payable when receiving the keys on arrival. This will be refunded upon proper handover of the accommodation at the end of your stay.

Visitor's taxes:
To avoid unnecessary waiting on your arrival time at the office on site, please print out the registration form and send it to us before your arrival, so that we can forward it.
