The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. On this level there are also two double bedrooms and a modern bathroom. From the living area you access a beautiful covered terrace that leads directly to the spacious pool terrace. On the upper floor there is another double bedroom and an additional bathroom.

From here you can access a wonderful terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean surroundings. The property is fully fenced and offers a barbecue area with a built-in grill, several terraces, a large sun terrace and a private swimming pool.
