Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and exit to a beautiful terrace with panoramic mountain views. Closed plot with a barbecue, a large sun terrace and a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower. The property has a lockable carport.

The area around Blanes is characterized by long sandy beaches, cliffs sloping steeply into the sea and many small secluded bays with crystal clear water.
