On the middle floor there is a living/dining room with chimney and TV, a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, extra toilet and access to a lovely covered terrace with a barbecue. Upstairs you will find 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and exit to a lovely covered terrace with panoramic views of the sea. On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and access to the large terrace with the pool. Closed plot with a large sun terrace, a private swimming pool. Parkings in front of the property.
