The house extends over two floors. On the main level, you will find a bright living and dining area with fireplace and TV, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and three double bedrooms. A modern bathroom, a separate guest toilet, and access to a covered terrace with panoramic sea views complete this floor. Upstairs, there is a suite with double bedroom, a modern bathroom, and access to a beautiful terrace with spectacular views of the bay and the sea.

On the pool level, you will find a garage with an additional small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The fully enclosed Mediterranean property features a spacious sun terrace, a large private swimming pool, and several parking spaces.
