Charming renovated fisherman’s house in the heart of L’Escala on the Costa Brava. The holiday home is located in the old town, just 100 m from the beach “Platja de les Barques”.

The house extends over three floors. On the ground floor you will find a bright living and dining area with TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with washing machine. The top floor offers another double bedroom with an adjoining modern bathroom and access to a beautiful terrace overlooking the resort. The house is fully air-conditioned. Parking is available in the surrounding area.
