The main house spans two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living and dining area with a fireplace and TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, and a guest WC. From here, you can access a large, covered terrace—perfect for leisurely outdoor meals.

The upper floor houses three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of these bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third room offers a double bed and a bunk bed.

The annex (bungalow) provides additional space. It features a living and dining area with a sofa bed and fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom. Additionally, there is another double bedroom adjacent to the bungalow. This unit also has access to the spacious pool area.

The finca is situated on a fenced property, ensuring complete privacy. The sun terrace and private swimming pool are perfect for refreshing and relaxing on warm days. Parking is also available.
