Downstairs there are find another living room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine. Access to the large pool terrace. Closed plot with a large terrace to take the sun and a private swimming pool. Parkings in front of the property. (air conditioning in the living room)

The region of the Playa de Pals is located in the center of the Costa Brava and was named after the town of Pals (World Heritage) in the interior. The Playa de Pals is a 10km long and 90m wide, flat in the sea sloping sandy beach, which extends interrupted from the mouth of the Ter to l'Estartit.
