Upstairs there is a living/dining room with chimney and Satellite TV, a kitchen and access to a lovely terrace with fantastic panoramic views of Lloret de Mar and the sea. Downstairs you find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathrooms and access to a lovely covered terrace. Closed plot with a terrace to take the sun. Parking. A staircase leads to the beach. A staircase leads to the beach. Access to the community pool of the urbanization. (4 €/person/day or 18 €/person/week - 1 non-alcoholic drink is included in the price)
