The apartment is on the lower floor and has a living/dining room with TV, a kitchen with dishwasher, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and access to a beautiful covered terrace with fantastic panoramic views over the marina to the sea. The house has a communal laundry room with shower and washing machine. Parking in front of the house.
