Access to the large terrace with the pool. The villa has a balcony with a panoramic view of the mountains. Closed plot with an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue, a large terrace to take the sun, a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower and parking. (The living/dining room and 1 bedroom are air-conditioned)

Denia is located in the province of Alicante in the north of the Costa Blanca, between the Montgo mountain and the Mediterranean Sea. The holiday resort offers the visitor a nearly 20 km long coastline and has a well-developed yacht / marina and you will find all the necessary facilities for water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, diving or sport fishing.
