This luxurious holiday villa has 5 floors with an elevator. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with a chimney and satellite TV, an utility room with a washing machine and dryer. On the different floors there are a total of 4 double bedrooms (3 with adjoining dressing room) and direct access to a balcony with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea. 4 bathrooms with shower, 1 bathroom with shower and hydromassage bathtub and 2 toilets. Three of the bathrooms are en-suite. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. On the 1st floor there are 2 further double bedrooms with an attached bathroom and a toilet. And on the second floor there is a wine cellar, another bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, a toilet and a bathroom on a small landing. There is a third floor that is only opened when a ninth and tenth person arrive. This is only accessible via an outside staircase next to the pool and offers a double bedroom and a bathroom. The house has a covered parking.

Important: This villa does not accept customers under the age of 28 unless they are traveling with their parents. We need copies of each person's ID to accept the reservation.
