Access to the large terrace with the pool. Closed plot with an outside kitchen, a barbecue, a large terrace to take the sun and a private swimming pool with an outside shower. 2 covered parkings. The dining room and three bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Javea, (Xàbia) is a small port town in the north of the Costa Blanca with about 31,000 inhabitants and is located between the Cape St. Antonio in the north and the Cape La Nau with the residential area Balcon al Mar.
