Access to the large terrace with the pool. Closed plot with a large terrace to take the sun, a private swimming pool and parking for 2 cars. The living/dining room and one bedroom are air-conditioned.

Javea, (Xàbia) is a small port town in the north of the Costa Blanca with about 31,000 inhabitants and is located between the Cape St. Antonio in the north and the Cape La Nau with the residential area Balcon al Mar. He is protected by the imposing mountain massif of Montgò (753m).
