Access to the large pool terrace. Closed plot with an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue, a large terrace to take the sun, a private swimming pool and parkings. The town of La Nucía is located 8 kilometers inland from Benidorm and has around 24,000 inhabitants. The town with the white houses has retained many of its traditions, which is evident not least in the religiously motivated local fiestas from August to November. The mountains of Aixortà and Aitana protect the city from the cold north winds, so the average annual temperature is 15º Celsius.
