Payment process for a reservation:
First payment: 40%
Final payment: 60% on site in cash, when the keys are handed over.
If you want to pay the final payment prior to arrival, we will inform you of the necessary bank details.
Arrival and departure:
Arrival: Saturday from 04:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m (unless otherwise agreed)
Departure: Saturday before 10:00 a.m (unless otherwise agreed)
Arrivals outside the opening times of the offices is available by prior arrangement.
Additional occupancy:
Generally, increased occupancy of the accommodation with more people is possible, but a prior notification must be made in every case.
Children from the age of 4 are considered as full persons.
Minimum rental period:
During the high season, all rentals are made on a weekly basis or multiples thereof. Should you wish to stay for example for 10 days, you are still required to pay for 2 weeks.
Service:
The offered services, such as Additional occupancy, bed linen, towels etc. (if not included in the rental price) can be ordered directly from us.

Please pre-order internet wifi (the receiving device) 3 weeks before departure. A deposit of € 100 for the receiving part must be paid.
The reception quality can vary, depending on the rental property.
For a pet, please tell us which pet (cat / dog or size / breed, if possible).
In the high season it makes sense to pre-order bed linen and towels, in the low season there are usually enough bed linen and towels available.
Security:
A security deposit is payable when receiving the keys on arrival. This will be refunded upon proper handover of the accommodation at the end of your stay.

Visitor's taxes:
To avoid unnecessary waiting on your arrival time at the office on site, please print out the registration form and send it to us before your arrival, so that we can forward it.
